Langley is a co-educational, inclusive day and boarding school. We are set on an enviable 110-acre site in Loddon, just outside of Norwich, Norfolk. The stunning green campus location is a wonderful canvas that allows children space to breathe. The warmth and family feel of the school allows pupils to flourish at their own pace, while being aspirational and forward-looking.
At Langley we offer the warmth and nurture that all children need to enjoy a happy education. The school is underpinned by a desire to challenge our young people; it is through this that creativity, adaptability and resilience grow. The vibrant boarding community and enviable campus provides the perfect setting for varied opportunities, shared with friends from across the globe.
The character of the individual is central to the Langley education. Through the plethora of opportunities on offer, from CCF and sports teams, to UEA masterclasses and music soirées, our fantastic pupils are nurtured to be kind, curious and confident.
The three main areas of focus are: Intellectual curiosity (STEM, Creative Arts, Debating, Languages), Community engagement (internal and external), and the Environment (utilising the benefits of the green campus and outdoor classroom.)
There is a full range of day and boarding options, from one night a week to the full experience. This also fits into the triumvirate of school, family and community, as the school week is busy and action packed, while weekends, which have a buzzy atmosphere, are a balance between plenty of activities and time for relaxation. There is elite sporting provision with the Langley football academy and netball academy. The class sizes of 16-18 pupils allow for learning and enrichment, taught by caring subject specialists.
As well as the Senior School, we have a Pre-Prep and Prep School based in Taverham, also just outside of Norwich. Life at Langley is a journey from ages 2 to 18, with support and nurture every step of the way.
