Everyone at Framlingham is valued for who they are, for their experiences, character, and belief in their future. Our commitment is to ready each of our pupils for their adult world. We inspire and guide them, equipping them with essential skills, such as collaborative and critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and good judgement. We encourage them to seek out challenge and embrace opportunity. We provide the time to reflect and learn from each experience. We build the foundations for them to better understand themselves and the world around them.
To that end, our learning culture is ambitious. It permeates all that we do, both within the classroom and beyond. We are aspirational for each of our young people and we are dedicated to instilling a life-long curiosity and love of enquiry.
We know that a happy child thrives. From our House structure to our experienced and well-trained tutors, our pastoral care is outstanding. And in its own way, our location – beautiful countryside and big Suffolk skies – plays a significant part in the wellbeing of our pupils. There is space to think, to breathe, and to gain perspective.
